Karl's Managed Services Operations Manual series are an excellent resource not only for a new IT provider, but for existing IT companies that are looking to improving their systems and expanding their businesses. Only if Karl had published these books 10 years ago.....However, it is never too late to sit down and reviewing and adding new processes.I like the thought put into the books. Karl guides you through the processes and also explains why did it the way he did.This series is a MUST if you are just starting out as an IT company, or if you have remained static at the current level.
