You know those posts which protect ATMs at banks? Well, my bank had those but one of them was just a stub and did not have the tall yellow covering on it. So my 2007 Ford Expedition Limited hit the stub and it took off the driver's side running board. Really had a difficult time finding these boards as so many of the search results were for the EL model, not the regular size Limited model. The difficult part of the project had nothing to do with these boards as that was removing the factory installed running board hardware - lots of rust and dirt on the bolts. Anyway, once the old boards were removed installing the old ones was a snap. I also think they look better than the factory installed boards. The pic shows the driver side of my Expedition.
