These did not come assembled. You have to assemble the brackets and then mount the steps on the brackets. Although these look nice, I believe these are only functional as steps. They are very lightweight and will not stand up obstacles in the trail. The way the steps mount to the brackets will not be durable on the trail. If you were to hit a rock or a log, I could see them being pulled off or sliding into a tire as the mounting is not fixed. Maybe good for a mall crawler, but not for offroad.
