APS inboard running board 5inch black for Dodge Ram. Five stars for the product, excellent quality, study, stylish, easy to install, took me 1.45 hours to install. Have been using several mothers, holds the quality, it is truly a good product. The reason I give 3 starts because:1) customer service- I talked to three customer service rep before the installation, two were very helpful and friendly. But one was really rude, he sounded like I woke him up during sleep, very short with me, I asked one question, he said that he can not help me and then hang up on me. It was middle of day, if he does not want to do the job, he should not be the customer service, period! How can they expect to sell more products with this kind of people being customer service?2) shipping- UPS delivery guy throw the box on the floor hard even the box has print “Handel with care”.3) package: inside the box, no styrofoam to hold anything. The two bars were rubbing each other. It really surprised me that the products don’t have anything to secure it. There were plastic bags on each bar, so luckily they did not get damaged. The box looked like was opened by someone and retapped it.Overall, the product deserves five stars.Updated review: have this product 3 years for now, still works great! time proofed that this is a good quality product, five stars for sure, highly recommended. (My past review was three stars was because the customer service. ) The product definitely deserves five stars.
